Welcome to our Music Blog
At Monkwray, the children are exposed to a range of music and musical experiences. Children in years 4, 5 & 6 participate in a termly carousel which enables them to learn an instrument (currently guitars and violin). All children are exposed to live music and are encouraged to express their views on a range of different genres. As a school, we use Charanga music which enables the children to build upon skills year upon year.
